Are there any restrictions regarding children or pets?

Your children of all ages are welcome in all of our properties. We even offer cribs for rent. However, please note that our luxury properties are not always “child-proof” or child-friendly architecturally.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at any of our properties at this time.

Is there a minimum length of stay requirement at your properties?

Yes, there is a minimum stay of three nights in low season and up to seven nights during our peak season. Each property has its own minimum stay policy. Please inquire with us for specific properties and dates.

What is provided in a Zen Vacation Rentals property?

All of our properties are fully equipped with linens, towels, soap & shampoo, and a fully equipped kitchen. Most of our properties have a washer and dryer. Beach towels are available at the pool and beach area.

Do home rental prices fluctuate depending on season?

Yes, please visit our property pages for specific rates.

Are there tax and service charges for your properties?

Each booking requires a mandatory government 12% tax charge and a cleaning fee. All charges will be stated upfront in your contract.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are 100% refunded and cancellations within 30 days of check-in are 50% refunded.

Do you require security deposits?

Yes, every Zen Vacation Rentals property requires a fully refundable security deposit. Please visit our property pages for more info.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm and check-out is up to 12:00 pm. For early arrivals or late departures, you may leave your luggage at the concierge.
