CEO/Founder
Laure founded Zen Vacation Rentals in 2017 and has been the heart and soul of the company ever since. The one-woman show at first has transformed into a property management company managing over 60 properties and 7 team members!
David Lederman
Head of Operations
David joined the team as Head of Operations in May of 2022. He oversees guest relations, financials, and growth opportunities for the company. He is eager to help scale the company!
Santiago Jimenez
Customer Success
Santiago joined the team in May of 2022 as a Customer Success specialist. He helps ensure all our guests have equally amazing stays every time they book with us living up to the high standards of Zen Vacation Rentals!
Nicolas Ospina
Customer Success
Nicolas joined the team in June of 2022 as a Customer Success specialist. He is always ready to help answer any questions a guest might have before, during, or even after their stay with us. He prides himself on delivering amazing service to all our amazing guests!
Diana Bernal
Supervisor
Diana joined the team in 2019 as a supervisor. She helps ensure all apartments we manage are properly cleaned and have everything needed for guests' stays. She is in charge of all the behind-the-scenes magic in making sure the apartment you book is truly delivered to you. She is always here to lend a helping hand!
Alvaro Lombana
Maintenance
Alvaro joined the team in June of 2022 as a maintenance specialist. We are very fortunate to have Alvaro on our team. He helps maintain all our condos to the highest standards as well as addresses any emergencies that may arise during stays. He truly is a jack of all trades!
Rocio Garcia
Manager
Prior to joining the Zen Vacation Rental team in February of 2023, Rocio worked at KW as an Assistant Property Manager. She was eager to transition into the vacation rental space as she loves interacting with guests, helping ensure we deliver amazing quality. She has already made a great impact and we can't wait to see how she helps our team succeed in the future!

Laure Lederman
Founder & CEO
Laure is a serial entrepreneur starting a handful of successful companies in the retail space before ultimately starting Zen Vacation Rentals in 2017. Zen's portfolio has grown from 1 apartment to over 60+ apartments in that span. She prides herself in delivering excellent quality to not only her guests but the owners of the properties as well as ensuring the maintenance and ROI of the properties. She is very hands-on with owner relations and is always a call away and loves grabbing coffee with owners when they are in town.
David Lederman
Head of Operations
David attended Vanderbilt University where he majored in Economics and minored in Business. It is at Vanderbilt where David knew he wanted to join a small team. Upon graduation, he joined a tech startup in the business operations team for a little over a year before joining Zen Vacation Rentals. David has focused on growth and is happy to report that since he joined the team in May of 2022, Zen has grown from 35 properties under our management to 60+ properties.
