I highly recommend using this rental / property management agency and renting this condo. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Although the Ballet service was terrible, upon arrival I didn’t feel welcome by the staff. During our stay, my car was damaged in the garage, I reported the incident to the supervisor and he just gave me the run around. Instead of attempting to fix the issue, I realized that I just received a lip service from them. I don’t think I could recommend this place to my friends and family because of their lack of genuine customer service.
